It Can Sure Be Lonely When You Are Searching for Funding

The Funding Hunt Continues
Pronghorn-SouthPark
Lone Pronghorn in South Park, Colorado

The hunt for corporate funding continues.  Are we making progress? Yes, but I will admit it is very very very small steps.  We continue to make connections and are inching our way forward with a potential major sponsor.  All of us working on this project knew this would be the slowest phase, but man oh man, sometimes I feel like I am on a deserted island just hoping for rescue.

But, there is always determination and hope.  And all of us have buckets of these things.  I have personally met several people this summer that may be able to help us nail down the production funding we are still needing.  Additionally, we know there is always Plan B in the background.  While none of us want to give up all of the creativity, that is always a possibility and one that we will be looking at over the next month.  So stay tuned for more information.

In closing, I will also note that we found a couple of more potential episode sites over the past two-three months and will be pursuing those aggressively once the production funding piece is complete.

Until next time: If you see me wandering on the open plains of South Park, I should have my camera with me as I continue documenting the beauty the Rocky Mountains.
